No, I haven't received mine yet either. I won't receive them until next week probably.
Companies must MAIL them by January 31st. If you haven't received it within a decent amount of time after that, start calling your company and finding out where it is.

Actually companies have until 2/2/09 to get them in the mail since 1/31 is a saturday.

Since the 31st is a Saturday, employers have until 2/2/09 to mail the employee copies.

I know this is an old post, but everyone was wrong. The employers only have until the 31st, regardless of whether or not it is a weekend. If you check the IRS site like I did, you will see where it says they MUST be sent on or by the 31st. So if that day falls on a weekend, too bad. They just have to send them sooner.
