Actually, it's not necessarily a trap question. If you answer honestly, it shows that you are self-aware and you work on your weaknesses. I would not consider your answer as a good one if you were applying for a job at my company.

I would. I think that answer from shaneaproductions is terrific. That's just the point, 99% of the answers aren't honest.
99% of answers to this question are thoughtless and generic. An answer like shane's cuts to the chase. Instead of just coming up with something, probably a cookie cutter "I work too hard" answer the interviewer has heard a million times, the answer shane gave shows intelligence, confidence and stands out from the rest. When they look at the final few people who interviewed you want to be someone that stands out from the rest of the sheep.
