so u want to build muscle mass?
well the best way to do that is
1)warm up ur weak muscles first by doing easy weight and high reps i do 20kg and do 100 reps once

    2) warm up ur big muscles by doing medium weigh and medum rep i do 50kg and 20 reps 2wice (if ur weak muscles r some of the big muscles then just do easy weight with high amount of reps)

    3) finaly do heavy weights with low amount of reps i do 100kg -130kg and do 8 or 12 reps.

4)keep a regular time table of what muscles u r going to do on which days
on monday i do arms n pecs (tit muscles)
tuesday 12 pac (stomake) and back muscles
    wed off
    thur legs
    friday muscles which are weak
    sat n sun off

and u will see a difference in minimum of 2 weeks
KEEP AT THE TIME TABLE WHICH U. USE IT CAN BE MINE UR YOUR OWN
RESTING AND EATING RIGHT IS ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT!!!

    • Plus when you specify a weight, you don't mention what exercise this is for.
