When lifting weights, when should you inhale and exhale?

    you should inhale when you are lifting the weight and exhale when u are putting the weight down. doing the oppostie is easier but can be dangerous because
    1) it will increase you blood presser
    2) your muscles need more oxygen when u are lifting the weight

    AND HOW CAN U GET ENOUGH OXYGEN TO UR MUSCLES WHEN U ARE BREATHING WRONG???

    • The point in lifting weights is for anaerobic exercise. Your muscles need the lack of air to get more efficient
