Where would I be able to find the American School Terms/Semester dates for 2005?

    If you're talking about university level, every school sets its own calendar. Some start the semester in late August, others in early September. Most have their first semester exams just before the Christmas break, but I went to a college where we had them in mid-January. But the good thing is that nearly all American colleges/universities have excellent websites where you can view the academic calendar for that school.

    If you're talking about a specific school called the "American school" (I know that there are some "American" schools in foreign countries), it is also likely that the school has a website that will either show the calendar or tell you who to contact with questions.
