    The ranks of the Coast Guards are the same as the Navy.

    Most of the major armies in the world have the same system of rankings though the names of the ranks may differ from country to country.

    • Commadore is no longer a rank in the Navy. Since 1983 I beleive. It stays as rear Admiral Lower half
