How old are bud plants when they first start reeking of weed?

    Even while still very small, there is a distinct aroma. How far it travels depends entirely on if it is sativa or indica, what strain, and what growing method you are using. I have been around plants as small as 6 inches that can make a room reek, and I have also been around plants almost ready to bud that have almost no smell at all.
