My first reaction is to say no way, but I'm a very open minded person and realize that there are sometimes exceptions. Therefore, I would give her a chance to explain why she has or wants to represent herself as being "single". Some people do create accounts for fictional characters for fun, and that might be a plausible explanation (though probably not likely).

If it really is to misrepresent her married/single status in order to get more sexual attention from others, then I would be concerned for several reasons: #1, I would worry about why she feels like she needs such attention and worry about what type of people she might meet online; #2, I would worry about her husband - if she is cheating it may not only hurt him emotionally, but also put him at risk of STDs; #3, I would worry about whatever people may contact her since they are may end up entering into a relationship with her under false pretenses - and that's not fair to them.
