    The Urban Dictionary definition says that
    this is a girl who is willing to be treated
    like a doormat; allowing guys to do
    what they want with her and who will
    just wait for them to "holla back"
    at her.

    by Gwen Stefani may be stimulating
    curiosity about the appellation:

    " ... I heard that you were talking
    ... and you didn't think that I would hear it
    People hear you talking like that, getting everybody fired up
