I disagree. I've found that if you want to convince a non-believer of something all you have to do is show some proof. Most atheists base their lives around reason and rationality, if you can show a reasonable rational explanation on how you can prove god exists we'd seriously consider converting. However in 6 thousand years, I have yet to see even the smallest shred of scientifically testable evidence, for ANY god, not just the biblical one.
