Please wait. You are only 16--are you ready for the emotional and physical consequences of sex? Ready to potentially get pregnant? And you've only been dating this guy for 3 weeks!

    • Lots of us had sex too early and had broken hearts to prove it. It really sucks when you find out that sex was all they wanted. I would recommend that you set some goals for yourself that don't involve sex, such as having fun while you are young, a good education, plans for a career. When you do have sex you should be ready and there should be no from him pressure, verbally talking you into it, not stopping when you say no, or drinking or doing drugs. If this stuff is going on - he's not out for anything but himself! Check out some educational information about male hormones and what having sex too early can mean, both physically and emotionally. Good Luck Sweetie! Do your best.
