There may be 2 or more studs that stick through the hood with nuts holding them from the underside. Take them off and that should do it. If not then its glued on like the rest.

I got a 1998 cadilliac deville i got two 15in subwoffers that im putting in the trunk. i want to know what direction should i have then facing? facing the back seats or facing the trunk? what is the diference?
