What a great question, Kev..perhaps Gorgonzola was named after her? Anyway, yes, she would..who doesn't love it? Humans, mythical creatures,..you scream, I scream we all scream for..Gorgonzola? :) I personally love the stuff..all of the blue-veined cheeses..Stilton, Blue Cheese, Roquefort, Gorgonzola... :)all delish!

    • Yes I think it would have made her smile not leave such a lasting impression upon those she gazed upon.

    • I don't have any Gorgonzola on hand at the moment, but I do have some good quality blue cheese..I have crackers..I have wine. Are you in the mood for wine, cheese and crackers? Also have some nice apples..hmmm..cheese, crackers, fruit, wine..sounds like the beginnings of a party to me! :)
