Since replacing the starter and battery on my 1998 GMC Safari, the radio and cd player don't work, and the speakers are giving feedback even when the engine is turned off. any ideas?

  2k safari hesitation with 115K. jerk sporadically not constantly while driving and when in park. I feel it does it more when it is cold out. replaced coil, spark plugs & plug wires. Around 75k injector cleaned & trany flushed, filter 1-2 years ago.
