The service manual says there is a sensor or switch for the computer a sensor or switch for the cooling fan and a sensor for the gauge. Here are two pictures that show where two of them are.

You're reading I've got a 95 F-250 3 days ago the eng. temp lite came on the eng. is not hot or overheating,and the guage is still where it usually is. is there a seperate sensor for this lite,and if there is where is it located
