Oral sex is an extremely low risk factor of HIV transmission, like 1:10000. HIV must go straight into the blood to survive.

I think your answer isn't incorrect as such, but not very factual either. I dated my best friend for a few months (did not know he was HIV+ before we met) and we kissed of course.
Kissing is only dangerous when both partners have FRESH open wounds, eg. after both had brushed or flossed their teeth. Even then however, the risk of contracting the virus are still fairly slim as a certain viral load is necessary to trigger an infection.

HIV has an extremely short life-span and doesn't survive long in the open. Oxygen kills it very quickly.

Not all HIV patients have a detectable viral load. This means, the virus is still present in the lymph nodes and most likely in semen / sexual fluids, but not detectable in the blood stream.

u can not get hiv or aids from kissing. only by the other ways u said. the only way u can get it is by drinking a gallon of infected saliva. if thats how u kiss. but other then that u CANT get it from kissing. get your facts str8
