Can I buy phones from overseas and use them in the US?

    It depends on the specs of your phone. Most likely though, not. But if you really do like a certain model not offered in the US, check that it is compatible with a band available in the US ( cingular and t-mobile use CDMA 1900 ) so do your research into the phone specs thoroughly.
