Question

Help answer this question below.

My computer was operating extremely slow. Ran two paid programs to speed it up which it did for a very short time. When I restart it the slowness reappears. Can it be something in my startup file? I don't even know how to access my startup file.

I am wondering if you use Norton as your antivirus program. Norton is known to take over the computer and one of the things it does is slow it down. If you have Norton, you would be better off to get rid of it and find another one.

    • Alot of problems people have with Norton is that they do not have enough RAM installed. Norton is a resource hog. Go to www.crucial.com for RAM.
