Is it normal for a guy's testicles to hang lower and lower as he gets older?

Yes along with everything else. Gravity has that effect on men and women. I can see why women get plastic surgery "lifts". I can pull my face, abdomen and butt up to look like it did 20 years ago. But who am I trying to impress.
