Attack, never, dissagree, and choose to not have a maybe we can change your mind on this conversation, won't happen. Look, I would never dissrespect someone because of thier beliefs, and I expect the same. I would though appreciate something being mailed to me, explaining your beliefs, but not a visit to my door, when I am in the middle of dinner, or family time. I look up to you guys, for your dedication. I wish you luck, when you do go door to door, that no one is rude to you, which is uncalled for. I Must add something though, no God would tell you to let your child die, in thier name. There is having faith, and then there is the plain fact, that god allowed mankind to find a way to save a dying person, and I would say that he would expect you to use it. People could tell me that I have no faith in the healing power of God, in my opinion, my faith would be using a procedure, that god allowed us to learn about. Something that saves a life, is not evil. When I give blood, it is to save another human life, which I thought was the greatest thing you could do for another human being. What do you say to a newcomer, if the person dies, as a result of this faith, I guess our faith in God was not enough, he did not let her live? Well, enough said on that subject.

    • Its all good, it was just an answer to the question. I would never put you down, if you were a JW. To each thier own, as long as it does not cost somene thier life, for the belief. Great question by the way!

    • I guess that is between them and God, I am not here to judge, nor would I want to be judged for my beliefs. My grandfather is a doctor in religion, and he has pounded it in my head, to just be there for someone, no matter what thier religion, because if they come to believe you, they would have to believe in you as a friend first, or they would not listen to you, for advise on religion. I would pray for someone, that one day, they would see what they need to see. I hope and pray, that if one of my friends of another religion, would want to learn more about a religion, without the pressures of converting, that they would feel comfortable enough to come to me to answer any questions. I do see your concern mac!!

    • for mac 1896...Our 'soul' is our breathing life here on earth. If you had stood still for a moment, you may have learned this. [ soul/NEPHESH/that which breathes]

    • Soul..Definition: In the Bible, “soul” is translated from the Hebrew ne′phesh and the Greek psy‧khe′. Bible usage shows the soul to be a PERSON or an ANIMAL or the LIFE that a person or an animal enjoys. This is what Jehovah's Witnesses believe.

To many persons, however, “soul” means the immaterial or spirit part of a human being that survives the death of the physical body. Others understand it to be the principle of life. But these latter views are not Bible teachings.
