People only consider that lucky because the alternative is death. But if there's a heaven and that person could go to it, wouldn't THAT have been luckier? The BEST place ever??
I consider that scenario unlucky, especially if there's mental damage or something that makes my quality of life go down. Having tons of re-constructive surgery, having people stare at you and ask you about it 100 times a day, people assuming you're a monster because of your scars (the world really is like that). I would not want to go through that, as well as the pain of knowing that I almost died, and someone really really wanted me to die. That's a really rough thing to go though. No thanks.
