T i love my boyfriend and want us to tell each other everything but i can't tell him how old i am because he might brake up with me if he know's the truth

just so u know he's 16 about 2 turn 17 and i just turned 12 like 2 weeks ago

This isn't right. Concentrate on being a 12 year old for now... relationships will only complicate your life WAY too much. You have all the time in the world... for now, be a kid. Please?
