A man who enjoys watching a movie of another man having sex, even if it is with a woman, has latent homosexual tendencies, in my opinion.

A man who enjoys images of naked women, however, is simply indulging in a harmless male pastime. I believe that it is harmless because, for me, looking at naked women is more fun than just about anything.

From boyhood, men become fascinated with naked women. It's a fascination few ever outgrow. Men need a lot of visual stimulation. It’s why topless clubs are a billion-dollar industry.

Most women have a hard time dealing with it, however. A woman wants to be the center of a man’s universe. To many women, indulging in pornography is not much different than cheating.

I think it is a mistake for a woman to feel she is competing with DVDs. If your boyfriend is not obsessed with pornography, I suggest acceptance. It would also be a mistake to tolerate something that you have a strong objection to. There’s nothing wrong with objecting to pornography. It doesn’t make you a prude or a shrew.

Update: sunblynd's cogent comment is a perfect example of the type of user who thoughtlessly blasts answers they don't like. Genius, when someone says "in my opinion" they don't "know" it. It's a guess, a speculation. I'm speculating that men who spend hours watching other men have sex (albeit heterosexual sex) are indeed exploring conscious or unconscious gay tendencies.

    • How would you know that? When you watch porno, are you exploring your gay tendencies?

    • You really don't get why there's a man in porn videos, do you! Men aren't the same as the stereotypical image of the porn star: able to hold off for hours until he really feels like ejaculating. So what the porn producers have cunningly introduced is the metaphorical equivalent of thinking about your grandmother during sex: "Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm, naked woman, naked woman, uh oh, about to ejaculate...AAAGGH! Ugly naked man! Urge to ejaculate fading, fading...Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm, naked woman, naked woman..." and so forth. The male porn star is in the porn videos precisely because men who watch porn have no "latent homosexual urges".

    • Kiss my hole Alonzo, Im still here and your not, because I am right, and you sir are wrong, it's not my fault if you can't deal with that fact. I don't spit out hit and run drivel and abandon my words like the fine example you have set for your peers. Your silence speaks for itself.

    • Men who watch pornographic videos for hours at a time are: heterosexual if they focus on the woman, and homosexual if they focus on the man. The interesting thing here is that you apparently haven't watched much porn, if you think that there's enough naked man onscreen for any reasonable length of time to provide some latent homosexual the opportunity to get his rocks off. Heterosexual porn is for heterosexual men to live vicariously through the male porn star, so the directors work very hard to focus most of the camera on the woman rather than on the man: the less the viewer sees of the male porn star, the better they can imagine themselves in his place.

    • Seems to me latent homosexuals are homosexuals who refuse to accept they are homosexual. Thus they would avoid all porn which contains any men at all, and try to enjoy themselves with traditional "harmless male pastimes" like looking at pictures and videos of naked women, without any naked men in those pictures and videos. Real homosexuals don't watch heterosexual pornography either, as they aren't turned on by the woman and there isn't enough man to make a difference. Only real heterosexuals watch pornographic videos of man-woman sex, precisely because they accept their sexuality and are, appropriately, turned on by the moaning naked woman and turned off by shots of the groaning naked man.
