I wouldn't call it rare. Many red heads (all shades included) have blue, green or hazel eyes. But sometimes they have brown eyes. There are several natural red heads in my family with brown eyes. It just depends on the DNA and the recessive and dominant genes. So I would say it may not be as common, but not rare either.
dyed naturally light brown hair dark but roots/ends faded with brassy red tones. Can i dye them dark then use PM Shine on all right after?
