Is there any way to re-install Internet Explorer without re-installing Windows 2000?

    Indeed, just follow this http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp link.
    Then select your language and press "Go" on the right side of the window, and follow the installation instructions.
