What's the difference between a Toyota 4 Runner and a Toyota Hilux Surf?

    In Australia the 4 RUNNER comes out in Diesel....I think we have some Petrol ones...My mate has a Hilux Surf and he says that the 4 RUNNER parts fit onto a Hilux Surf...Our cars in Australia are all Right Hand Drives. We have imports too like some rare American Cars that are still Left Hand Drives but they have to have a sticker saying Left Hand Drive on the back Bumper.
