Help answer this question below.

Sometimes I feel like the media takes a topic like OJ, war in Iraq, project desert storm, katrina, etc and make it into a kind of 'movie of the week'.I know terrible things are happening in the world but I don't expect to be entertained by them. Opinions?

    what ever one has said here, well 90% has hit the nail on the head. and its true, watching CBS over the years and World News America, i'm waiting for Charles Gibson to once again introduce the news as follows, "Mass starvation, Disease runs rife, War, heres Governor California!" (theme tune) Dur, Dur-Dur-Dur, Dur, Dur-Dur-Dur, wha/wha la-de-da...."I told you i'd ve Back"
