You have the best work environment. You have the best boss and the best pay. Most of your co-workers have become your best friends. But a few employees harass you like hell. Would you leave that job?

Never. You can never have everybody having good terms with you. That is an utopian concept. But this should not be a reason to leave. Good salary and good boss is a much more important reason to stay.
