Help answer this question below.

If i dont play matchmaking, but i have mods, will i get banned? if so, will i get banned if there are any traces of modding when im on live? will i ge banned even if i delete the modded stuff? basicly, what are the rules for modding?

    OKAY THIS HOW IT GOES YOU WONT GET BANNED IF YOUR NOT PLAYING ON XBOX LIVE WITH YOU PLAY ONLINE IN A PRIVATE PARTY THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE YOU WILL GET BANNED. THE RULES for modding is you get banned if they find any trace of it. I say this becuase they can look at the games you are playing and check your history, So when your hosting a modded game be sure not to piss anyone off or else they could report you. Besides that most of the time no one will report you
