    NO one will have heard this one, but in the early 60s there was a funny Italian-dialect thing that said

    Please-a don'-a bang on-a da pi-an-o
    You gonna wake up-a da whole-a neigh-bor-hood.
    Please-a don'-a bang on-a da pi-an-o
    You promised your Mama and me that you'd-a be good.

    It ran to several verses......
