No. Clitorises come in different sizes just like penises. Although the clitoris is the female equivalent of the male penis, a large clitoris is not a penis. True hermaphrodites have both male sex organs and female sex organs. A hermaphrodite would be able to both father children (get a female pregnant), and become pregnant by a male. Most (maybe all) snails and worms are hermaphrodites. There are not true human hermaphrodites.

    • Actually, human hermaphrodites CANNOT conceive children as this is a mutation/defect and the organs don't function properly.

    • Lisa, can you read? He said, "There are NO true human hermaphrodites."

    • Ritz, can YOU do some research? There ARE human hermaphrodites...they are rare deformities, but they exist.

    • There are human hermephrodites, but they are not "TRUE" hermephrodites. Mammals who are hermephroditic are sterile! In mammals hermaphoditization (is that a word?) is a defect. Some other animals, such as Worms and snails are hermaphroditic and when they mate, they both have babies(eggs, whatever)
