What is the best method to remove hair from a pre-teen girl's arms?

    I suggest hair removal cream, because if you shave your arms, after a few days your arms would become prickly (unless you want to shave your legs, arms, and armpits practically every other day!), and trust me, brushing up against someone with prickly arms is really unpleasant! Also, hair removal cream keeps the hair away longer, so you would have to do it less often. However, there is a downside to hair removal cream, it smells really bad!
