You're reading In wikipedia they say eating cooked egg is better to help you absorb protein, is it true? If I can get strong drinking raw egg, I'd do it despite of salmonella, or maybe some brand of egg do u recommend has less chance of salmonella?
Comments
actually that is not correct. raw eggs is much more effective as cooking it kills a lot of the proteins and also changes a lot of the structure so u dont get as much of the nutrients as you could eating it raw. the salmonella thing is incorrect as well. jst do a google search on this and you will see many links explaining why raw is better for you, and why the salmonella thing just isnt the case.
Dr. Mercola has the 1st hit when you google what is better, cooked or raw. he explains the whole salmonella misconception as well.
