Do Guinea pig's make good pets?

    They seem okay, but some of them bite. The children I used to nanny for had them, and two of them (out of three) were pretty aggressive. They fought one another and they bit the children. They were cute, but you had to keep the cage clean or the smell gets bad. When the cage was dirty, I sneezed and my eyes watered. I'm generally not an allergic person! Let us know how it goes for you!

    • haha... sorry for leaving such a 'negative' answer! I think the guinea pigs I have known just weren't the sweetest ones out there! I'm sure if you find a nice, snuggly one, you won't have a problem!
