Maybe if you do it with children. In other words if children are exposed to the diversity from infancy then we will be more successful in acceptance of all races. But if you are ecpecting old folks or adults with no tolerance for others then no it will not help. People are set in their ways and they do not care to change that. If anything I have seen companies hire a diverse group of people and all you have is a bad work enviroment. Harrassment and discrimination runs wild in this type of situation.

    • That's exactly what I mean. You can't force people to integrate, and it seems wrong to subject children to unnatural societal circumstances.

    • So in this imaginary monochromatic company what group would be hired and how with the others take it?

In real life you have to work with all types of people. I had one job where everyone got along fine and another where others their was a strong clique mentality. The clique mentality was reflective of upper management. Certain cliques received favoritism over others and quality of performance wasn't the difference. The other cliques noticed and it caused resentment.
