What is the average age for a baby to begin eating adult foods?

    Ah Boogy

    I believe you can give your child adult food when they start getting their teeth. That makes it easier for them to learn to chew and use the teeth. I wouldn't give them anything that is too hard for them to chew or swallow untill they are more experienced. French fries are a very good begining food.

    • You can give them mashed up adult food well before they get teeth, and french fries aren't very healthy.
