Jupiter almost certainly has a terrestrial surface, but it is made of metal, and that metal is Hydrogen!

Of course, I say that just to make this answer sound more interesting.

The core of Jupiter is likely rock which is surrounded by metallic Hydrogen which is surrounded by liquid Hydrogen and in turn surrounded my gaseous Hydrogen.

However there doesn’t appear to be any clear markers as to where one level of gas ends and the next begins.
