From the anti-evolutionary perspective, take a look at the book "Icons of Evolution" by Jonathan Wells which describes how these 3( and 7 other) evidences for evolution have been misrepresented.
Haeckel's embryo illustrations from Darwin's time are incorrect though still in use today.
The "horse series" of fossils demonstrating change within a species, claims an ancestor/descendant relationship between fossils found in the same strata.
Peppered moths photographed on tree trunks do not actually rest on tree trunks and had to be placed by photographers.
You will find more eye-opening info in the book.
