I woke up in a terrible mood today, but have a lot to do. Anyone have any suggestions on how to back on the happy train?

    Happiness is a by product of purpose. Sometimes we can "have a lot to do", but not really have anything to do at all. Find a goal and you'll find happiness. To find a goal you must prioritize. Since you cannot do all things at once some things must be eliminated or completed later. Find your focus, as the boy says in 'The Last Samurai' movie..."Too many mind."
