Help answer this question below.

Is it illegal for a 16yr. old girl to have had sex with a 18yr. old boy but they been dating for a year before he turned 18 and the first time they did it was way before he turned 18?

    16 is the age of consent in most states, so it's ok. I would check your local laws before becoming intimate though.

    • The age of consent in MANY states may be 16, however in the state of Texas (where the questioner apparently lives) the age of consent is 18, not 16.
