McDonald's in Maine have lobster items on their menu. McDonald's in New Mexico have green chile. Do the McDonald's in your area carry any special food items that are specific to your area?

    I see a McRiblet advertised sometimes (I think during the summer months?) on TV here in SC, but I agree with Stewie G. - I don't consider that food. There is nothing on their menu that would ever pass my lips.
