Taiwan isn't a member, Palestine Liberation Organization is a UN observer so strictly speaking isn't a real member. Western Sahara is currently in dispute between the Polisario Front and Morocco so is not recognised as belonging to either state by the UN. Antarctica is also not allowed to join the UN under the Antarctic Treaty System
