I worked with a man who was a regular customer of "spas" where he would go for massages. This guy is in his late 40's and I am in my early 40's and female and he thought nothing of telling me about his "release" while were walking together during our lunchbreaks. In a way, I only listened because I felt sorry for him. He is a bachelor with 3 cats and he is very selfish. It is no surprise that he conducts himself the way he does, what woman could tolerate him in a normal man and woman relationship?
Sadly, these Russian and Asian women that service him are probably just doing it for the money until they pay off the people that smuggled them over into the United States. He uses his credit card at these so called "spas" and he had dispute with his credit card company for airline tickets to some Asian locale.

Each spa and each parlor, and each personal service company is different, obviously. Some are much more reputable than others, and some are strictly a cover for illegal sexual pursuits, while many others are not.
