Where can I find plans to build a pneumatic golf ball cannon?

    Take a look at the Wikipedia for "Spud Gun" -

    It's the same concept you would use in firing golf balls - in fact, golf balls are referenced as a common projectile fired by this type of gun. The plans would just have to be modified to use a pipe with a smaller diameter, just large enough for a golf ball to fit into. There are several links at the bottom of the article on where to find some DIY plans. I would highly recommend the pneumatic method rather than the combustion method for golf balls, however - too much heat could be very detrimental to a golf ball.
