My estranged wife hired a psychologist to talk with our children, and is now claiming I hurt them. Now, the psychologist has hired a lawyer to keep from having to testify in court. How can I fight this?

    Ask that the charges be dismissed on the grounds that you are not completely aware of what you are being accused of and your right to be confronted by your accuser would be compromised.

    You can't defend a charge if nobody is going to come out and say that this is what you did.
