How might one be able to tell if a prostitute is actually an undercover cop?

    I’ve read that in most states, a “John” can not be arrested for Solicitation until he brings up the terms.

    That is to say, he can not be accused of Solicitation until he says something like “How about you XXXXXXXX for 20 bucks?”

    So I believe that if the Prostitute brings up the terms first, you can claim that you were really only giving the woman a ride down the street and she entrapped you.

    I should point out however for a Canadian, there is no such thing as Entrapment in the Criminal Code of Canada. The Police are quite free to try and trick you in to just about any criminal enterprise, but they do try to avoid doing so because of the Ethical and Moral questions.

    Frankly, I think that legalized Prostitution is just around the corner in Canada following Same-Sex Marriage and the decriminalization of Marijuana.

    • I concur with you Drinking Dano; Canada and The United States of America need to legalize Prostitution as well as Marijuana. It significantly saves the taxpayers a lotta money. That way, Police Women impersonating prostitutes; as well as Narc officers impersonating drug dealers that sell Marijuana, will become things of the past. Prohibition is an obvious failure that brings countries nothing but trouble.
      Correct me if I'm wrong: Distinguishing a policewoman from a prostitute is telling her to pose nude for pictures. Don't get offended for what I say; if that offends you, then I apologize.
