I have been taking Tylenol PM for almost three years. Now I can't sleep unless I take it. Is this bad?

    Yes, your body has gotten so used to it that, in fact, it can only sleep if it has it. You need to, slowly, stop taking it. After a while, you body will return to normal. If not, see a doctor immediately
