What cause the skin to wrinkle and get saggy as we get older?

    As far as I know it is caused by a loss of water in the body. A baby's weight is roughly 70% composed of water, hence a baby has lovely soft skin, and as we age this percentage falls to as low as 50%, and so the skin cannot stay as supple and hence wrinkles.
