Games. Card, board, word. Are you excellent at all of them and play all of them regularly? Any you don't like so much? Because?

Cool, did he win?
by Yeahwell... on October 17th, 2007
Yes, he did win, and he got a whole set of bedroom furniture, and a trip to the Poconos, and some other 'parting gifts' like a years supply of Rice-a Roni. He was only 18 at the time, but was just about to get married, so it was great for him.

Wheel is the best one to go on, from what I can tell. Even the 'losers' leave with at least $1000 (before taxes). I have seen a third place contestant leave with over 5grand, and I have only watched Wheel a handful of times.

Not a bad way to lose, leaving with that bit of money!
by Cynstriss on October 17th, 2007
Exactly! Too bad I don't live in the area, because I'd try out!

I live in So Cal, but we only have one car. My husband takes it to work. Maybe someday we will have two cars, but so far we cannot afford it.
by Cynstriss on October 17th, 2007
Hey, convince your husband to let you take the car to Wheel of Fortune and you could even drive off in a new car (many people do!)or, like I said, collesct that 'losing' thousand! :)

I could take him to work and have the car, but I Would have to be back in time to pick him up. I know that it takes hours to go through the process because they do an initial test, then several interviews, so I don't know if that would work. But maybe if he takes a day off from work I could do it.

Just an idea!

Where are you, cyn? I haven't seen you in a while.

Hi Meow! I hurt my back and it made my hands numb, but I am OK now. I missed everyone! What have you been up to?
by Cynstriss on October 18th, 2007
Oh good grief. I am sorry to hear that. I've just been working and bagging. LOL
by Meow Meow 1BadMutha TBMF on October 18th, 2007
It was just one of those things. I was cleaning out a closet and reached up and that was that. I assume it was a pinched nerve. I never went to the doctor, because they would only want to give me a prescription for pain meds, and send me home. I just rested and took aspirin. I am so glad to be up and around though!

Can you believe what silly things we're doing when we get hurt? I am so glad that you're up and around, too.
