    The short answer is they ALL do.
    However there is a crack to Kazaa called Kazaa Lite K++.
    They stripped all the adware, nagware and spyware and still functions fully. There is even bad IP list to watch for bogus downloads although its not perfect.
    The screensavers had a link.
    The same folks have stripped the ad/nag/spy warez from Realplayer and Quicktime also.

    Try Kazaa Lite K++ you'll be glad you did.
